2022 Vendor Hall Hours
Thursday, September 29, 2022: 6PM – 10:00PM
Friday, September 30, 2022: 11:00AM – 7:00PM
Saturday, October 1, 2022: 10:00AM – 6:00PM
Sunday, October 2, 2022: 10:00AM – 4:00PM
**Badges will be required to enter the Gaslight Expo Vendor Hall on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please stop by our Registration area for assistance.

Vendors are juried to ensure they have Steampunk, Victorian, or themed items that will most appeal to our guests. Our Haunted Holiday theme will include ghost stories melded with holidays as in Charles Dicken’s eternal classic short story, A Christmas Carol. Be prepared for a ghoulishly good time!
We do typically receive more applications than we have space to accommodate, but we strive to have a wide variety of vendors. Every interested vendor is encouraged to apply.
Vendor Setup Hours begin on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 2pm-5pm. Vendors agree to be fully set up by opening of Vendors Hall and to remain set up throughout all publicly open hours of Vendors Hall for the entire convention.
A California Resellers License number is required by California Board of Equalization. Proof of a permanent or temporary Resellers License number is required two weeks prior to the convention to be confirmed as a vendor. The Gaslight Steampunk Expo Vendor Hall has always sold out and we will have a wait list.
Gaslight Steampunk Expo reserves the right at time of set-up to reject any merchandise that has not been listed on your application, is not considered theme appropriate, or to reject any merchandise it deems to be dangerous, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate for sale. Vendors who do not comply may be asked to break down and leave without a refund.
Over 75% of our guests attend in some form of costume. Expo vendors are encouraged to contribute to the overall themed atmosphere of Gaslight Steampunk Expo by dressing in appropriate Steampunk or Victorian clothing of their choice, but it is not required.
